Ancient Craft, Fresh Fire
At Flour & Dew, our love for pizza isn’t just a passing craving, it’s a quiet obsession rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and a longing for something real.
It all began years ago, with a question: “Is this really what pizza is supposed to taste like?” Thick, greasy fast food slices never sat right with us, not just in taste, but in spirit. Pizza, after all, is a staple in Italian homes, not just a weekend indulgence. That disconnect set us off on a journey.
With few true Neapolitan options around, we turned our home kitchen into an experimental pizzeria during the lockdown. From slow-fermented doughs to wood-fired dreams, we tested, tasted, and tinkered. Eventually, we landed on a pizza that felt right light, balanced, soulful. A slice that didn’t leave us heavy but satisfied.
Life moved on, as it does. But the itch stayed. That quiet yearning for an honest, handmade Neapolitan pie, blistered crust, airy edges, restrained toppings. Four years later, that obsession returned. Stronger. Focused. And this time, meant to be shared.
Why Neapolitan?
An artisanal, handcrafted piece of Art
Recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Neapolitan pizza is more than just a dish it's a living tradition. With its leopard-spotted crust, simple ingredients, baked in wood-fired ovens, it represents centuries of technique, care, and cultural pride.
At Flour & Dew, we honor this legacy, rooted in Italian tradition, nourished by Indian soil.

More Than Pizza
We’re a curious, obsessive community sharing good food, memories, and a sense of wonder in a fast-paced world. From hand-pulled espresso to slowly fermented dough, everything here is an act of care a pause in the day. A space to connect, reflect, or just breathe.
Because to us, food isn’t just food it’s memory. Ritual. Joy.
